Headers like this don't have a full height setting. How to have top block full height with a menu in it? Probably copy a layout...
Buttons get a hand curser on hover to move; text, icons, images don't, you hover and move them (don't click them first).
Right-click to see what an element is.
Menus in Headers and menu elements have make it a hamburger option from top right corner and make it a mega menu option from clicking on menu item!

1.5 line height. In the layouts, they've just happened to have used the second colour from left for all headings.
Changing the second colour from left therefore changes them all on the page.
But a new added Header doesn't adopt that colour. -1.5
Possibly a good idea to delete all fonts not going to be used in a new project (can't delete Lato) Work -1.5

Default block padding is Desktop: 75px top, bottom, zero left, right and no margins, Tablet 50px top, bottom, 15px left and right, Mobile: 25 top, bottom, 15 left and right
Column default padding 5 top and bottom, 15px left and right
Rows default padding 10px all round so row plus column = 25px left and right.
